Return Process

  Ensure your memobottle™ is in its original packaging, unused, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
